My owner is pulled into too many directions. New to management, it seems, or is not fully onboard with the realities of owning own franchise and its unexpected time demands. Not appropriate to pass responsibilites off to yet untrained lowest wage workers. Minimum wage hourly rate does not match up with marketing and sales expectations impossible to accomplish without compromising the actual corporate advertised monitoring and safety of the exercise circuit and ladies exercising.

Minimum wage job with no enticement or rewards or chance of advancement. Good job if you don't need the money. It doesn't matter if you care or do a good job you still get paid the same if you just do bare minimum.. the pay scale is HORRIBLE
