Energetic Atmosphere, as long as you bring inspiration. If you have great Customer Service skills, then you'll be able to build strong relationships with the ladies, which is definitely inspiring and fun.

Cons

Private owners are in control of branches, so when something negative happens, you can't run to Curves Int; it has to be resolved within. I was mistreated regarding my hours, and the owner(s) did not try to help. Employment is the private owners areas, and regardless of how high a demand is for you, if the owners don't step in to give you more hours, that's where it ends. Curves Int can't help, no matter how unfairly you are being treated.
