      Pros

      Curves was a great place to work at because it enabled me to be part of a community of diverse women. The environment was positive allowing for positive body image and healthy living to be fostered.

      Cons

      At times it was frustrating, due to the nature of curves as a franchise. The way we did thing and organized our gym was determined by the brand. Event the colors we painted the walls was controlled and predetermined. A little too controlling from the top at times. Not much room for creativity.
