      Pros

      Good way to get experience selling memberships and being in the fitness industry. Good coworkers easy to get along with and fun members. Good shift times

      Cons

      No room to grow. Not enough to do. Easy to get bored and feel awkward in the circuit.

      Pros

      The people you meet, i.e. members, coworkers are the best part of working here. You build connections and life long relationships with the people you help. It is very rewarding work and it makes you feel good when you see people changing their lives for the better and becoming healthier.

      Cons

      Upper management has no organization and the company as a whole tries to do too much with little research and knowledge.
