      Honestly, there aren't many pros

      Cons

      Was pushed into forcing people into contracts and then trapping them. Was promised incentives- never received even if I achieved the set goals

      Pros

      Great place to interact with all types of individuals. Fun and happy environment with the added bonus of working out while getting paid to do it. Hours are good, no late nights or Sundays and we close at noon on Saturdays.

      Cons

      Getting called in for coverage on your day off. Having to update new information regarding a new program. Multi-tasking while trying to keep the members happy and engaged, can be challenging.

      Positive atmosphere and great fitness: weight training, aerobics, Zumba and kick boxing.
