      Pros

      It was a wonderful experience to be a part of a supportive, intelligent, encouraging community of women working towards better health and fitness.

      Cons

      Staff was underpaid; no benefits; unable to keep profits because of franchise fees; very little effective corporate assistance; evangelical Christian standpoint created undo tension with trans members.

      Our owner closed because the franchise was not making enough profits, and was unhappy with the corporate direction (merger with Jenny Craig)
