Business Outlook
Pros
Great community of women. Opportunity to run your own business and learn from other franchise owners. Can be as hands on or as hands off as you wish. Very fulfilling experience.
Cons
If hands on, time consuming. Since corporate change in 2012, franchise became too expensive with added fees and debits for non negotiable services and merchandise supplied by HO, services not necessarily needed nor wanted by the franchisees. In the end, too micromanaged.
