Pros
-There are lots of chances to make bonuses through sign-ups and selling products while still getting paid min wage -Free use of gym equipment
Cons
-It is a requirement to speak to gym members while they workout, which can be a bit awkward as an employee especially when you know that people want to be left alone - you will get fired if you don't do this -Sometimes there were some shady practices going on in terms of not disclosing certain information to people signing up, but I mainly saw the manager doing this. -Lots of conflict between staff members and a manager who lied constantly. And a lot of competition for sales.
