      Good company, customer and employee centric

      Pros

      The managing director, Tony, is a superb people person and is visible to the business every day. He inspires, leads and has an employee centric approach towards the future success of company. The head of sales, Sue, drives performance and takes time to ensure her management team are looked after daily. Her commitment to the company is second to none and this is reflected in the sheer volume of hours she gives a week. It was a pleasure to work with her and i hope this may happen again in the future. The trainers, Tom and Steve, are superb guys with the charisma to deliver training in a way which engages and educates equally. The head of HR, Maggie, is as formidable as she is brilliant. There's no need to say more. Overall, a company who care with opportunity to those who earn it.

      Cons

      Can be 'clicky' with certain managers. Let's just say there's one face who influences significantly.

      Good training then disappointment

      Pros

      The training team work hard to give everyone a good induction week. They teach the principles of how to work well.

      Cons

      Once training is done, it all goes out the window. Very little support when things go wrong. The culture is very lower class and it feels as though it's all about making the company lots of money (without it filtering down to the workers).

      Friendly, opportunities to grow & develop, great employee experience and fantastic customer outcomes

      Small business, focus on developing people, lots of support, really friendly atmosphere, Sales is busy so great opportunity for me to earn commission. New starters get 2weeks training and a month in the skill centre so I joined sales when I was fully training and ready

      Cons

      PPI and PBA will go at some point so we will be selling something else but not sure what that is yet
