Pros

Great rewards and recognition for work completed. Good close family feeling within the workplace. We all love our Marley Mondays when Tony brings her into work, she brightens everyone's Monday mornings up.

Cons

Would be better if it was possible for flexi time hours for all departments.

I accept that it has not been practical to implement flexi-working across all teams and I can appreciate how this may feel for those who don't currently have access to that benefit. I have been here only 4 months and most of my ideas have been incorporated or accepted. I came in with the intention of not just being a part of Credit Control but also running the Legal Side of collections and I have been given that opportunity which I am grateful for. The company seems to have a stable future in other lines of litigation so jobs won't be on the line. They are a company that takes pride in looking after their staff through in house benefits, training, regular surveys to bring out the best in individuals and teams. Marley the office dog is a blessing, she is a great moral booster and myself I am lucky to have the responsibility to walk her when she comes to the office. Flexi time and Zero weekends is another plus here, after working for 7 years having to do weekends and long hours Crystal has taken away that stressful part of my life and I can now do hobbies and other outside of work commitments. Free Coffee, Parking. We have a great collections manager.

Cons

Some form of bonus structure when targets are surpassed, I believe this will push people to strive for more and exceed further on a consistent basis. "Give a little, and get a little extra back".
