Where do I start: - One certain industry group within the audit service line is "rotten from the core". People love to talk about each other behind thier backs and blame each other if things are not done according to thier way. - Senior manager (probably already promoted by now) would spend his day BSing with his/her "favorite" seniors and staff members. He would sit inside his office chit chatting with his/her favorites - Manager not very helpful. When I would approach him/her to ask questions I would be told that I was stressing him/her. Very disrespectful. - Always felt that this firm never valued diversity and I also felt discriminated based on my race and color. I attended a firm audit conference and I along with a 2nd individual from a different race/color was singled out multiple times which showed extreme unprofessionalism from the firm management.

As time progressed my manager was more and more rude to me with numerous people witnessing the comments she made including a partner, she either acted as if or actually didn't have time to answer my questions which made it hard to learn more and grow, I was completing senior staff level work and was not offered any extra recognition or praise, it was as if that was expected of me. When asked if Crowe did early promotions or raises, or spot bonuses, I was told you have to prove to do the work before you are promoted yet all other offices around the country don't have second year staff in-charging 5 jobs, jobs are constantly understaffed and you bear the extra work and blame when things fall through the cracks.
