Pros

Casual dress code (jeans) in the office, ability to work remotely

Cons

Most of the leadership is extremely hands-off. Senior Staff are expected to act as managers and basically do 90% of the work, Managers act like Senior Managers (only involved at very high level), Senior Managers act like partners (barely involved) and Partners play golf and are generally offline. Partners rarely if ever visit the clients. There is not a feeling of being a part of a team from the staff to the partner. There is a team among the Staff and Senior Staff and then we have bosses. They do not regard us or treat us like members of a team; rather like we are just the grunts. This is regardless of the hours you put in or how many ways you prove yourself as intelligent and capable. You are not treated with respect by upper management. Year-round we go from one busy season to another with only brief weeks here and there of a slower place. Firm leadership speaks of their interest in us being "deeply specialized" but they continue to staff us on a wide variety of engagements leaving us far from specialized. Leadership makes little effort to get to know the staff. They never "fire" clients; they will take any work as long as it is work, regardless of availability of resources. We have a lot of review engagements during busy season that are more trouble than they are worth in light of the fees involved, and only serve to overburden and burn out the staff. They do not hesitate to schedule people on out-of-town engagements for weeks on end. I have experienced multiple instances of being out of town for 5-8 weeks straight. Pay is NOT competitive in the market. Expectations are NOT clearly communicated until you FAIL to meet them. Then they act as if you should have known all along.

Pros

1. Best Salary in the Indian Market. 2. Salary Credited on 25th of Each Month 3. No Variable Components in the Salary Structure. 4. Occasional and Conditional Work from home with a threat that it can be stopped any time.

Cons

1. Only one person at higher management who works as a CEO, CFO, Admin, HR or India Manager. 2. Total Employees in INDIA is 65 only though company's existence in India is from last 2 years. 3. As per Indian senior management they don't have big plans to grow in India. 4. No HR, ADMIN, Tech Support in India ODC. 5. No Market Value in India. 6. A Task oriented company rather than a process oriented company. 7. Do not follow any software development methodologies and have no HR or Admin processes. 8. Company (Project owner) can decide to make a 4 year exp person Manager and ask a 10 year experience person to report to lesser experience person in same domain and expertise. 9. If you are visiting to USA for couple of week or long term on B1 then per diem is very less in comparison to other companies in India(Just 50 USD). 10. Do not provide any KT before putting you on project and no documentation available to take help from except a layman language BRD. 11. Office timings are from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and company do not have any transport facility. 12. Company do not have any reserved parking for Employees, People have to park their vehicle on road side govt. authorized parking on their own risk. 13. Fully govern by USA, no Policies as per Indian rules and market standards. 14. Indian senior management listen only to his USA project owner, No concerns are addressed for employees. Advice to joiners : Join if you are changing only for Money reasons.

None - audit quality is pathetic, commitment towards staff is nonexistent

Cons

1) Laid off a bunch of people after milking them through busy season just to inflate partner profits 2) Those laid off were mainly women and minorities 3) Audit quality is pathetic
