We appreciate the feedback. We'd say being able to work anywhere, anytime with an above-average salary is a pretty big pro. It's understandable the software we use to track progress can be daunting, but we find it valuable to help people stay productive while working from home... and no more intrusive than a regular office layout. https://www.crossover.com/perspective/productivity-monitoring

Pros

Fair salary and plenty of opportunities to learn new things.

Cons

It's a high-pressure environment, with people being fired every week because of not super performance.
