      You get paid handsomely. you will learn new technologies. experience the most advance methods of doing work.

      Cons

      You can't work in a team. you don't know what you have to work in next 5 minutes. you can't plain anything. too much reading material that contradicts with each other.

      Challening in terms of work but Poor in Pay or Security

      Pros

      Great minds at work, you can learn a lot. Team all around the world Challenging problems and innovative products and ideas where you can be part of it.

      Cons

      Pay is not at par, may be 10 years back it was great but not now. in 10 years the economy changed and also the i am sure the amount that Trilogy / Devfactory send to the customer is not same as 10 years before, when that is increased, why not the pay. The pay is not any more interesting Next is job security, you will never know when you will be asked to leave, even though you have skills, if the upper management guys decide not to work on some thing, they simply ignore the resources. There is no growth, even they say we can apply for other roles, but if you dont clear then they wont either keep you in your current or in new, so you are kicked out And if you clear, most of the times i seen people not promoted

      Good place to work

      I work at Aurea Good hourly rate (double of my previous job), I have a great manager on my team, amazing teammates, and learning a lot of new things. e have a monitoring system that captures our screen and camera, but I'm fine with it. I'm learning SQL, AWS, Messaging Queues, and more

      Cons

      Job Stability is the main con.
