Pros

Allows to work remotely from anywhere in the world Provides a full-time job, so contractors feel more or less safe with knowledge that they have a permanent position

Cons

Do not care much about contractors and treat them as resources, also your personal issues are not their concern, they just terminate your assignment Can move contractors to other assignments without event asking them Even considering that it is remote freelance job, some managers require you to work at certain hours Once your assignment got terminated there are almost no chances to get another assignment within Crossover

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel Worksmart is invasive as it is not intended to be invasive. Worksmart is intended to help you be the most productive you can be, and there are settings that can be changed to be less invasive. Please contact us at feedback@crossover.com and I can describe that for you. We do not intend to have folks working and not being paid either, so if there is an instance where you have worked and not been paid, please let us know at the above email address and we can get that taken care of. We do not deny that the work is very complicated and challenging, but we do not want you to look at it as something that is "hard". Please, email us and we can talk about some possible solutions.
