- Working from home or vacation - Well paid - I can spend more time with my family and less in transport - I became happier - This company has changed my life - really, no bull#hit

Cons

- Lack of stability. Your contract could end in any time (new quarter, new week, even during the day) Be ready for this. - Metrics not always reflecting what you are doing

In many cases, managers provide much more extended notice period than 2 weeks to accommodate a seamless team transition from one opportunity to another. - Decent pay for undeveloped countries

Cons

- Long recruitment process sometimes it can even last more than your time being employed. - No job security, you can be fired anytime if management messes it up - Worksmart: they log your keystrokes and take a picture every 10 minutes and the new way to determine if you are idle is ridiculous.
