Thank you for your four-star review! It's awesome you're happy with your pay, as recruiting the most skilled workers in the world for high-paying jobs is a source of pride for us. While we would like to address your concern about job security, we aren't entirely certain how to do so, as you've identified yourself as a current employee. If you would like, you can send us an email with more information at: humanresources@crossover.com.

Pros

- Decent salary (if you live in LatAm) - Weekly pay - You don't need that much experience to enter - Remote work is always a plus

Cons

- No job security, you can be dropped at any moment with no warning. - Extremely high rotation, most of the people that were there when I joined had already been replaced by the time I left. - Ever-increasing goals that get harder and harder to meet within your normal shift. - No communication with your managers, I only heard from them when I was assigned to their teams. You will also get reassigned to new teams very often, for seemingly no reason at all. - No benefits (you're a contractor). - You have to install their tracking software on your own computer.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It's great you were happy with your compensation while you were employed with your company. We can't speak to what you're calling high rotation, as we don't know the circumstances related to the people you're speaking about. However, we can say that we have very high standards, finding the best of the best for our clients, and are transparent about those standards through every stage of the process. While we aren't able to address your concerns about communication directly, as it appears you may have been employed by a company we recruit for and not Crossover directly, we'd be happy to pass your feedback along if you'd like to share more information. You can email us at humanresources@crossover.com.

Pros

I got 50 USD / hour 4 years ago (it was hard to get that money at that time in Poland), remote work

Cons

U feel like in a some horror movie, every click is traced down, every 10 mins laptop takes picture, they want to measure productivity for developers :) there is no better way than agile way and here 40 Jira tasks for week. Had to create some artificial stuff for those tasks. Stupid business model that it is possible to take over any software and improve it :) saw many stupid things here, lost too much hair, was doing totally stupid things

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Some of the concerns you've noted appear to be related to the specific company that you worked for, rather than Crossover, but one thing we are able to address is productivity monitoring. We do require the use of software to track progress. Our clients are looking to pay very well, and in exchange they ask for some accountability from their employees. You can learn more about productivity monitoring here: https://www.crossover.com/perspective/productivity-monitoring
