Thanks for the 4-star review! Glad you're happy with the pay and the work. Sorry to hear about the work-life balance. However, it sounds like you're talking about the company you were hired for. We'd like to clarify that Crossover doesn't have control over the policies and practices of these companies. We'd encourage you to have an open conversation with your team and the management.

Pros

Payment comes on time weekly

Cons

I've been with the organization for nearly six years, and throughout my time here, I've faced challenges related to professional development, communication, and compensation. The tools provided for productivity have at times hindered my work in mobile development. I've encountered difficulties in issue resolution due to the absence of a designated point of contact. Last year, my experience was impacted by challenges in communication with the management team. While I value my time here, there have been limitations in terms of career growth and project opportunities.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience over the past six years. It's great to hear that payments have been consistently on time - that's definitely something we pride ourselves on. I've got to say, though, it's pretty concerning to hear about the challenges you've faced, especially over such a long period. As a recruitment company, we don't have direct control over day-to-day management at our client companies. But that doesn't mean we can just shrug off these issues. Your feedback is crucial in helping us have meaningful conversations with our clients about improving the work experience. If you're up for it, we'd love to hear more details about your experience at humanresources@crossover.com. With six years under your belt, your insights could be really valuable in driving some positive changes. Thanks again for your honest review. We appreciate your dedication despite the challenges, and we'll definitely be using this feedback to push for improvements.
