Quick clarification on the monitoring: we log keystrokes and clicks, but we don't track what's typed or clicked. It's just to ensure productivity in a global remote setup, not for micro-management. We've always been upfront about this.
If it feels overbearing, that's not our aim. We want productivity, not burnout. While we don't have direct control over the policies and decisions at our client companies, this helps us have that conversation and improve the overall experience for everyone we hire. Thank you.
