      It is remote work with wonderfull multinational team! I can work anywhere and anytime, i have international experience and well-paid job!

      Not all process built yet (but it is interesting to take part in process building)

      Totally remote work; Talented colleagues; Encourage to learn and use the new technologies; Flat organization; Good payment; Long term position; Amazing product.

      Unclear career path; Very little opportunity to promote; The tech evaluation is not impartial enough; Fast hire, fast fire; No annual salary increase.

      Pros

      The best reason to work at Crossover is the time-conscious attitude towards work. You can work in your preferred time, any time! And at any place, a tropical island for example. The work is being tracked by a simple application that logs your activity and screen shot and it does not require constant internet connectivity. You can surmount deep analytical hurdles away from urban noise. And to top it all, pay is comparable to most Fortune 500 companies!

      Cons

      There will be work pressure and time scheduling headaches if you are working in a distributed team. Time is money and you will only get what you can prove. There will be no more socialising over cooler or tea cup and you can not log time for that either. So you will feel the true punch of working 8 hours a day :)
