Real Jobs; Great Pay

Pros

I've worked here for several years and have found it a positive experience overall. The pay is as advertised and competitive for my role. My teammates are incredibly talented. My current manager is excellent at building high-performance teams, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive work environment. I like that the attitude toward AI is one where I'm encouraged to experiment and integrate it into my workflow without fear that it will replace me.

Cons

The WorkSmart software does make timekeeping easier, but the screenshots & webcam photos can feel invasive at times. Teams can be restructured suddenly. This may mean reporting to a new business executive, focusing on a new brand, or shifting focus entirely. The company doesn't share long-term plans outside the senior leadership team, so there is no clear vision/mission/roadmap for the future. All plans are quarter-by-quarter, combined with point #2, this can cause some whiplash. Promotion opportunities for non-technical team members are limited. For technical team members, promotion opportunities are ample, and many people move up in the ranks quickly. This can feel unfair.

Thanks for the awesome review! We love that you're enjoying the AI-first approach and appreciate your positive vibes about the team and pay. Balancing innovation with structure can be tricky, and your feedback is super valuable. We're constantly evolving, and your thoughts on WorkSmart and long-term planning are noted. We really appreciate your honesty and hope you stick around with us for many more years.
