Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify a couple of things: A 40-hour work week is not unusual or unreasonable for a full-time job. Additionally, we always mention the number of hours required in the job description. Of course, that doesn't mean you can't take any time off - goes without saying. We have productivity monitoring to prevent fraud and ensure your time is logged fairly - considering we are a fully remote company hiring globally, this is necessary. Finally, we are proud to have hired a community of high performers worldwide who have been with us for years. We've always been open about the kind of talent we're looking for and the kind of elite challenges they get to tackle. It's not for everyone. :)
