Pros

Work from home, competitive salary.

Cons

Unreasonable goals requiring 60+ hours a week, but they pay at most 40. You’re expected to be available at all hours due to different timezones.

Thank you for your comments. Our standard work week is 40 hours. The time tracking software is designed to provide you with productivity coaching to stay within the allocated hours. If you need assistance, I suggest reaching out to your manager or Human Resources to see how this can be resolved. We never ask team members to work unpaid hours as this is against company policy.

Pros

- Good pay for people outside US/EU - Interesting and challenging jobs - Working with talented people from different countries and cultures

Cons

- Some positions are very demanding and challenging, may not suit everyone - Time tracking may be an issue for some (not for me though) - Almost no promotions , unless you re-apply for another position after leaving your current one

Thanks for your review! Unlike other companies, our focus is not on freelancing, but instead on full-time (40 hours/week), long-term jobs. We believe the best talent wants challenging opportunities and long-term careers, not short-term or part-time contracts. Each of our functional divisions (Engineering, Product, Support, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Finance) has a pre-defined career ladder where the salary doubles for each promotion. It's very common for our top performers to move up our career ladder quite quickly as we have 150 new job openings every week. Our current partners typically have an advantage over new candidates since current work performance is considered in the application. As a result, we typically see dozens of promotions in our network each week.
