Pros

As an old school office worker I found pretty interesting to work on a remote type job I had to rethink/re organize my time management and its working great for me Commute time is almost over as this flexible feature lets you work wherever you want (co-working, home, etc)

Cons

I needed to make some changes on my working approach. As an analyst I need to read a lot and write some things down (preferably paper as two many webpages open makes me confused) and the WS sometimes understands its idle time.

Pros

Work from home (remote) position

Cons

Ridiculously unorganized, no training, just tossed into Custer service work, supervisors play favorites, don’t train yet get reprimanded once something is done wrong, supervisors unprofessional! Talks down to employees as if we are children. Horrible pay for all the work requested. Also more work to job then just description.
