Pros

Toxic place and bad environment

Cons

After passing all exams, they asked me to join a paid bootcamp, only 2 days after without any prior notification i was off-boarded and till now i wasn't paid for these wasted 2 days. The problem is not in the amount of money, the real problem is that what value do they treat people with, no respect of people time, efforts. They are not replying to emails with respect.

Totally Not healthy environment. As they say they use factory model so treat employees as sort of machines. They will ask you to work on 200%, when you break, they will replace you with another one. They expect you to work overtime, in the nights and weekends. You cannot have your personal life. You need to be around your computer all the time. If you don’t answer the phone - they fire you. So you would have problems with your sleep and mental health. On one weekend I got 20 calls, spread over 2 days, once in every 2 hours. On one week worked for 80 hours (they pay for overtime but using the same rate)

Pros

Nothing but blood pressure and stress. The technical atomphere is very dynamic, it makes you enrich your skills meeting with high skilled caliber to make work done .. All good work thrown in cycle bin when it comes to cutting cost. Every quarter another wave of releasing employees starts, eventually the employees don't become loyal anymore since they are on the edge every 3 month. They just followed shrink to grow and release 70% of infrastructure team.

Cons

Bad managerial decisions, unorganized hiring process. HR doesn't trust the individual contractors and cannot do proper evaluation. They giving IQ test in 20 minutes 40 questions and passing score 35 correct answers, if you failed you just out of the process. Simple as that.
