7yIt is challenging to address the points you raise without knowing the specifics of your particular situation, but we have a firm policy that requires a 2-week notice period for any termination, at a minimum. In many cases, managers provide much more extended notice period than 2 weeks to accommodate a seamless team transition from one opportunity to another.
