1yThanks for your feedback. Since our positions are contract-based, we deliberately set higher base pay rates instead of traditional bonus structures. While this means no additional bonuses, it provides more predictable earnings that contractors can count on.
I have to respectfully disagree about career advancement though - we actually have quite a few success stories of people who started in mid-level positions and worked their way up to VP roles. Career growth is definitely possible for top performers. We do understand the concerns about job security - but that's the reality across the tech world, unfortunately.
