Pros

Pay on time 100% remote work

Cons

Awful management, they do not care about employees. Once they do not like you, they get rid of you Engineers turnover is very high. After 3 months at one of the projects, I was the most experienced person there Job title does not correspond to what you gonna be doing. As a Chief Software Architect, I was just fixing bugs in 10 years old code There is no work-life balance, as the promote it. I had to work at night from time-to-time, as person I needed to talk to was in a different timezone Constant useless meetings. At one of the projects, we had a weekly meeting for about 50 people, where we shared what we were doing during the week. You speak for 2-4 minutes, and then just listen to others for about 3 hours. They called it a Scrum, but let me surprise you ... it is not a Scrum :) You need to track time you work and they make screenshots of you screen. Personally, I do not see a problem with it, but some might find it not comfortable, so just letting you know Also, they delete your account completely, once you leave the company. No rating, no feedback as on other competing platforms, it is like you never worked there. I would recommend trying it, if you have time, just so you could compare it to other remote job platforms If back in a day they promoted themselves as "hey, we offer 100% remote work", now they turned to "hey there, we pay $100000 a year" strategy, so I guess things are not going that well so far ...
