Pros
I cannot be more thankful for the opportunity that Crossover has provided me in the last 3 years. I started with a role that paid me $10/hr and I have now grown into an Executive Recruiter getting paid at $30/hr. The work flexibility that Crossover allows is amazing. I am able to have a good-paying job while my social and personal life remains balanced. Before Crossover, I had worked abroad with a good wage as well, but never did I imagine after that job ended that I will find an even better job that doesn't even require me to leave my home country. I love this job and I consider it a blessing. I've improved my financial state and have made some investments that all came from my earnings from Crossover. The continuous and frequent review of my performance has kept me productive throughout the last 3 years. In fact, I've never been more productive in my life since I started with Crossover. Regular feedback from my superiors helps me stay consistent or even improve my performance.
Cons
The pressure of weekly performance review could be quite stressful. Sometimes, I feel I can never go wrong with what I do, or I can never let my performance drop. Keeping up with the performance of a high-quality team could really take its toll on oneself. The changes that happen every quarter could also be nerve-wracking.
