Pros

- Excellent Pay Rates - Weekly and on-time payment. - Payment in USD - Work Management Tool that verifies hours worked - No scope or chance of cheaters and fraud

Cons

- Some companies under Crossover have a number system which is very unfair - Time spent on ramping up on an Application and Analysis not counted which is quite unfair - QA Job role is very non-technical and not much to learn for an IC working in QA - But a very good experience working in a remote position

Pros

Now it is 4 years working for Crossover, excellent opportunity to learn, apply and grow. If it was not about Crossover, I would have ended up working on 100 years old technologies in some local company, with little pay. No schedule, I can do my personal work whenever I wish and I don't need to be in office

Cons

Remote work sometimes creates stress as no interaction will people, but you can travel the world on the other hand Sometimes the hr team starts doing evaluation of the contractors with some useless tests such as CCAT which I believe is absolutely a waste of time and does not reflect anything about what you are capable of.
