Pros

Working for Crossover for work has been a rollercoaster over the last two years, but it's a rollercoaster ride that I'd invite others to join. Crossover is a growing company and offers fully remote work. Work weeks are 40 hours and you're free for the most part to make your own schedule. One of the best perks of being fully remote is being able to work wherever. I've worked in multiple locations in my two years and plan to add to that list in the near future. Leadership empowers you to be the best employee with compensation that's higher than the industry average. Joining Crossover (T3) has changed my life and my family's life.

Cons

-Being 100% remote with no meetups with your teammates can be difficult. -Managing timezones can be difficult because the teams are global

Thank you so much for taking time to share your thoughts. We are thrilled you are enjoying Crossover this much. We do know that it can be difficult building team camaraderie in the remote environment and encourage our managers to assist with this as well as many tools to connect.
