Pros

A great opportunity to learn and improve on technical skills. There is an amazing amount of knowledge available in the company, from colleagues and also from procedures and automation that have been built from many years.

Cons

Schedule is less flexible compared to other remote opportunities, but still a lot better than having to commute and still work the same hours.

Pros

It's been a month of me working there, and overall it's been a nice experience so far. +Remote work worldwide +Good team, very collaborative +Great manager

Cons

The hiring process was quite long. I applied (not through the tournament) for the position in July, and was hired at the last day of October.

Pros

I have traveled until now 7 countries because of the remote work with Crossover. Partial Flexible time where you can do the urgent staff which needs you on specific time and the rest of the job which counts on you only is flexible. Learned a lot of experience working on different platforms and supporting variable products, the complications of the product made me deep dive into different fields which added a lot of knowledge for me.

Cons

The fact of being XO unstable as known about it, I would say it's a Rumor, In simple explanation the company as clearly mentioned on their profile is targeting the top 1% talanted people around the world so the job is so hard , I expect most of the people come to it as they are expecting remote job would be much easier than office work but it's completely the opposite and that's why many people get fired. The con is hard job so you have to know that before you go in and thne get fired and feel it's unstable job (I am with XO since 27 Sep 2019 and has been promoted in 1 year) You are working complete 40 hrs literally including each minute so the job is not easy. You are monitored all the time so kind of not comfortable. My biggest CON, HR letter is not stamped and mentioned as Freelancer which is not qualified to help me in traveling at all and caused many rejections for embassies. No health or medical insurance, No paid vacations.
