      Crossover is one of the best companies I worked for during the last decade

      Pros

      At Crossover I am able to work from anywhere: from my house, my hotel room or even from the airport or the train, I am traveling a lot and this helps a lot. At Crossover I have flexible and manageable work hours so I can manage my work/life balance. I am also working with awesome people from around the world. At Crossover we are working for great and challenging projects and we are giving great value to our customers. Crossover is one of the best companies I worked for during the last decade and really appreciate this experience.

      Cons

      People meet in virtual world only, if the company can organize events where people can meet each other that will make the experience awesome. Also, a career plan is missing.
