Pros

I have been with the company 6 months, I enjoy the freedom to choose when and where I want to work, which I find to be a reasonable trade off for having my computer monitored. But best of all is my team, everyone is a really strong developer, always willing to help, always looking to get the job done - they have taught me a lot.

Cons

The only negative is the company VPN doesn't work on Windows 11 ARM, forcing me to proxy requests through a Debian VM running under qemu, which does support the VPN client.

Thanks for sharing your experience! Love hearing about the strong team dynamics and how much you're learning from your colleagues - that's exactly what we aim for with our rigorous hiring process. Sorry about that VPN hiccup with Windows 11 ARM. While the technical infrastructure is managed by our client companies, we'll pass this feedback along to help improve compatibility. Keep learning and growing with your awesome team!

Thanks for this honest take! You're spot on about remote work at this intensity being for a select few. We design it that way - our rigorous process helps find people who thrive in this dynamic environment. Keep growing and adapting with us!
