Pros

High pay that gets reduced

Cons

A bias in the application and interview stage, favours western countries but purports to be international.

Both of these are false. We're 100% transparent about the pay and it never reduces from what was originally listed in the job description. We automate many parts of the hiring process precisely to eliminate human biases. In fact, most of our contractors are not based in the west.

Pros

High-impact role with global exposure. Extreme efficiency culture allows you to automate and scale your output. Clear KPIs and merit-based advancement.

Cons

No PTO, constant surveillance (keystroke tracking + webcam). Burnout risk is high due to strict hourly logging and lack of flexibility.

Thanks for highlighting the efficient aspects of working with us! The high-impact role with global exposure is definitely one of our strengths, and I'm glad you appreciated our merit-based advancement system. Regarding the monitoring tools - they're designed to help remote teams stay productive, much like how an office environment naturally provides visibility. While it can feel intense at first, most people find it's not more intrusive than working in an open office space. On the work-life front, we do aim for flexibility - our high compensation is deliberately structured to allow contractors to manage their own time off and benefits. That said, burnout risk is something we take seriously and continue working to address. Thanks for your feedback!
