Pros

high fake salary packages, easy online tests and fake assignments to complete their work

Cons

after completing all assignments and passed when you reach to interview stage, it will never happen unless you are applying for a developer role, all sales and marketing roles and assignments are fake with unreal salary packages. No one pays that kind of money for remote jobs

This is a false review because you claim to be a current employee, yet in the next breath say that there are no roles. I can personally vouch that your information is incorrect because I myself obtained my position at Crossover via a sales and marketing pipeline. The standards are very high and not everybody makes the grade – but the roles are 100% real. If you have any uncertainty, we encourage you to check out the testimonials at crossover.com/people-at-crossover and hear directly from people who are currently contracted by Crossover.

Pros

- High salary if we compare it with 2nd/3rd-rate country IT market - Full-time remote job (not a freelance) - A lot of different projects with the different tech stack - I've never had overtimes - it's easy to take days off / vacation - Never had payment delays

Cons

- Most of the projects are legacy maintenance - Internal processes in some departments are horrible - I guess it's tiring to join the company (CCAT threshold) - Some departments do not like to promote people

Thanks for the very thorough review. Great to see the high-end tech stack coming through as a positive, as well as not needing to do overtime.
