4yWe believe strongly in equal pay for equal work. This means that everyone in the same role earns the same compensation, which goes a long way to remove systemic bias. But there are downsides to everything, and one of the downsides to paying everyone the same rate is that giving longer-serving workers a payrise would defeat the purpose. This means the best way to get a payrise is to apply for a higher position. With six years of experience, you should have an excellent shot! Rewarding our best people is really important to us so this is something we're constantly working to improve. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
