Thanks for the review! Good to hear we're reliable with payments - that's something we definitely prioritize. Sorry it wasn't the right fit. Our fast-paced environment and high standards aren't for everyone. Based on your description, it sounds like you might be referring to one of the companies we hire for rather than Crossover itself as the recruiter. We don't have direct control over management practices at client companies, but we do take this feedback seriously and use it in our conversations with them.

Pros

Working at Crossover has honestly been better than I expected. The organization treats you like a true professional—setting clear objectives and giving you the tools, resources, and space to succeed. One of the best parts is the team. I get to work with seriously talented people who genuinely contribute and raise the bar. It’s a rare combo: challenging work, real impact, and the flexibility to do it in a way that works for you. Couldn’t ask for much more.

Cons

You’re expected to use your own tech, which can be a bit of an upfront cost. But honestly, for what you get in return, it's a trade-off I’m fine with.

Love hearing that we exceeded your expectations! That's exactly what we're going for - creating an environment where talented people can do their best work without all the usual corporate nonsense getting in the way. The "true professional" thing really resonates with us. We figure if we hire smart people (which we clearly did with you!), the best approach is to get out of your way and let you work your magic. Thanks for being part of what makes the team so solid - reviews like this remind us we're on the right track!

Pros

I’ve learned more here in less than one year than in several years at other companies that are slow paced and stunt their employees' mental health by not providing any flexibility in the schedule or forcing them into 5x per week office cultures. I get to work with intelligent people who I can look up to and lean on as mentors. Trilogy is an excellent company for individuals who are innately driven, self-motivated, and hungry to grow. The fully remote structure gives you incredible flexibility, but with that freedom comes high expectations; this isn’t a place where you can coast. Success here depends on your ability to manage your own time, operate autonomously, and hold yourself to high standards without constant oversight. It’s not a traditional 9-to-5 job; the work is demanding, and results are expected. But if you thrive in a performance-driven culture and enjoy solving complex problems with a talented, global team, you’ll do well here. Leadership is direct, outcomes are prioritized, and the bar is high, which makes for a sharp learning curve but also serious professional growth.

Cons

If you’re looking for structure, hand-holding, or predictability, this might not be the right environment. But if you want to stretch yourself, work with top-tier talent, and build a track record of results, Trilogy is the spot for you. You need to be willing to roll up your sleeves and figure it out.

Thanks for the amazing review! That line about learning more in one year than several elsewhere really says it all. Sounds like you've found your people and your pace. The fact that you're embracing the challenge instead of looking for hand-holding tells us everything about why you're crushing it. Appreciate you sharing this!
