Pros
Young work force, fun environment. The systems architecture lends itself to good data analysis and financial modeling, but management does not have the aptitude for advanced analytics.
Cons
Management has no experience, grew too big too fast. The casual environment has bled into the attitudes held by management and I would guess that there are many legal battles for harassment of many different forms. The hand-shake form of executive management limits the ability for finance to be an influential business partner and add real value to the shareholders.
