- Flexible schedule, freedom to make your own schedule as long as you adhered to hours. - No micromanagement - Varied responsibilities - 50% Discount - Ability to travel between stores & states possible - Bonus program was outstanding

Cons

- Corporate was slow to respond to stock requests - Archaic payroll verification on store end - District & Regional managers spread too thin (5+ states for DM, only 2 RMs for US & Canada) - No more special events - Too much focus on retail partners, not on corporate assets.

Casual work atmosphere, generous employee discount.

Cons

Employees not treated as assets. Severely limited hours for associates and team leaders. No benefits for anyone other than management. Broken supply chain. Nothing at Crocs is inventoried, there is no way to check what you have in stock other than to physically count every object. Favoritism based on personal friendships with management (to be fair this is pretty much on par with every retail work environment)
