- Flexible schedule, freedom to make your own schedule as long as you adhered to hours. - No micromanagement - Varied responsibilities - 50% Discount - Ability to travel between stores & states possible - Bonus program was outstanding
Cons
- Corporate was slow to respond to stock requests - Archaic payroll verification on store end - District & Regional managers spread too thin (5+ states for DM, only 2 RMs for US & Canada) - No more special events - Too much focus on retail partners, not on corporate assets.
