Pros

- A lot of freedom in terms of scheduling - All hiring decisions were your own - Responsible for EVERY aspect of your business - Location was yours to run with minimal oversight - Special events were a ton of fun

Cons

- Product arrived after start of season (mammoths came in late November, Athens not until May) - Focused too much on Kiosks when in-lines could have been phenomenal - Unable to order your own product, relied on what the warehouse shipped out - Sometimes difficult to juggle on-site and off-site storages - High turnover due to low pay for hourly - Jibbitz, Jibbitz everywhere!

Pros

Great products, easy going with exemplary customer service. Increasing awareness of major marketing and product control issues. After being in retail for a long time; it is a fun company to work for!

Cons

Product control issues. Timing of directives, against labor constraints. Major problems seem to be getting at least somewhat better on the ground level, in the past 3 months.

Cons

the salarie is not so hight, not many hours you can work and no bonus
