There are some very smart and talented employees On campus gym and renovated cafeteria Generous discount

Cons

No trust between employees- the place has many liars and backstabbers Promotions are given to not necessarily the most qualified or loyal Cafetria catering has poor food handling standards I will agree with a former comment siting abusive comments from management

Quantitative analysis is key to convincing management why anything should change. Totally casual attire and the cafeteria in the Niwot offices is very nice.

Cons

You are micromanaged to a certain extent.
