great people to working.. but within the store it pretty typical day like working in any other retail store.

Cons

advancement from the store to corporate is a NO GO!! my manager who had the best sellers in the west couldn't get promoted to district or regional management. I was 4th best seller in the west and my email and calls were never returned for an internship. Most internships where given to students from the ART INSTITUTE OF COLORADO, not from the people that are work for them in the stores.

There are none! Crocs is dying a slow death here in the US. Europe, Asia and wholesale are the only profit makers as the US market has been killed by their own.

Cons

In an attempt to gain some traction the company is now going backwards. People don't want to pay the prices that are set now so quit blaming the field for not selling when it is clearly the prices, quality, and the Senior Management! We hired two months ago only to lose all the hours and have people quit so now NO ONE wants to work for us during the holidays. DM and RM driving the business through micromanaging and surprise visits.
