Pretty good discount, getting the satisfaction of helping customers find what they need, the store is laid back - in a good way.

Cons

Some theft, usually too many employees on the payroll, pay could be better, not enough training for anything above as sales associate position.

Cons

Worrible management and no support from corporate. Even with all the new products that are available, people still think of sandals with shoes on it, when they hear Crocs Sales team is a joke. They consist of college dropouts that never really experieced a real company Blaming people is the culture here. Everyone is too scared to take responsibility so always pointing fingers HR doesn't even exist. Company is run by fear and intimidation. No clear strategy
