      great brand, great products. good work life balance

      Cons

      1) poor management - senior management in Hyderabad within the reliability group lack corporate experience 2) Work is task based and the management has no vision for this center. 3) Most of the employees have little or no work 4) all the good work is done out of US and the center in hyderabad is struggling.

      Management gives false hope. Many managers do not know how to manage. No one talks to one another. Very mean people. There is no expression of company values. compensation is not fair, too much work and not enough pay.
