      Pros

      This company is constantly changing so there is always very good opportunity to move around. They also are pretty clear on expectations and reward those who perform.

      Cons

      There can be a fearful culture for those who are higher up since they do make a lot of changes that can affect careers without a lot of notice but these should be clear to anyone at that level paying attention. This is any large company.

      The pay is very competitive, benefits are competitive, the work is interesting, the people are very helpful and the culture promotes health and well being.

      Covidien is in the process of being acquired so the moral is down for some individuals at headquarters.
