      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities for people looking to gain experience quickly. Plenty of work and projects to take on which will build an impressive resume. Highly efficient workers can thrive in this environment.

      Cons

      High stress and high turnover workplace; little concern for personal well being of employees, and minimal focus on professional growth of employees.

      Consistent inability to execute with no end in sight

      Pros

      Bosses don't micromanage, pay and benefits are still lower than expected in the area, but are still pretty good. They will only release quality product.

      Cons

      Bosses don't macro-manage. Constant 6 day work weeks are used to compensate for poorly maintained equipment. Management cannot get the support that is needed to stabilize/secure the ability to produce into the future.
