VP of Operations is a slash and burn intimidator who discriminates against age and gender. If you are a female or over 40 and are a engineer, cost accountant, production supervisor or manager - look out!!

Medical products is stable. Exposure to a lot of different functions within the couple to develop skill sets.

Cons

Limited opportunity for growth, pay is does not account for cost of living and in some cases below market value. Very high expectations and minimal direction.

C-level employees do not share plans with employees; massive unplanned layoffs at old US Surgical and Valley Lab 2 months ago show this. While the business environment is changing, the rapid and continual changes in the company are confusing and demoralizing,
