Great people - excellent products.

Cons

Everyone is nervous and waiting for the next round of layoffs. Many of the key individuals have left as a result of some of the misguided decisions made by VP level individuals. This all started almost a year ago...

Absolutely great company with huge potential. Despite some leadership, people can experience a variety of roles and responsibility. Top level management is very engaging.

Cons

Clueless in their succession planning, called TLR. Can't see a resignation coming and willing to pass along, even reward poor performers so they don't have to deal with the obvious.
