Pros
Quality, Output and Yield were all tracked and updated regularly. There are multiple suggestion boards and the company attempts to make you feel like your opinion matters.
Cons
The pros were a front. there is a very little room for advancement. Only gross incompetence is promoted due to the friend factor. If you're nice but don't know what you are doing then they will end up giving you the position regardless of how well you will complete your tasks.
